I've had a varied work life over the years in term of industries, all with a strong focus on sales and client service, so when I was looking for a business opportunity of my own, I knew it had to tick all the right boxes.

We help people and companies build wealth by sourcing the right property investments to suit their needs.  Our primary focus is residential Buy-To-Lets in Leeds and surrounding key areas. What we look for:

Before making an offer on a property, we carry out detailed analysis to make sure it meets specific criteria, set out by us and the investors we work with.  1. End value: A vital metric when looking to add value by way of refurbishment work. This is key whether the property will be held or sold and will dictate the maximum amount we can offer for the property in the first place.  2. Location: What the area has to offer. Things like public transport links, local amenities, current or future developments, low crimes rates, schools, property types and spread etc. 3. End user: We want to know as much as possible about who will be renting or buying the property. Understanding this is key, when calculating build cost, including the materials used, expected rental income, and how we should stage the properties for viewings. 4. Performance: How properties have performed over the years is an important consideration. We want to know about the rental demand, yield, as well as the historic and potential capital growth in the area.
